The Janitor with Unlimited Ability Creation

Hope, a janitor who walked out of the world's most dangerous aerial prison, possesses a forbidden power that lets him create unlimited supernatural abilities at will. With a shabby $19.9 broom, he sweeps through an elite academy and, in the National Superpower Tournament, challenges a descendant of angels, a master of all elemental laws, and the true nemesis lurking in the darkness.
